Junior Section
At Chichester Golf Club we have one of the largest Junior membership section in the country. There are regular monthly competitions and some juniors are selected to play matches against other clubs and other sections. Currently some of our Juniors are competing in the West Sussex League and juniors with lower handicaps can compete in the Men's Competitions.
We also hold regular junior teaching sessions at the Golf Academy and all through the school holidays there will be a wide variety of golf schools for juniors to attend - please see our Junior Academy section of the Golf Academy website for more information and prices.
Our dedicated Junior Organiser will be happy to arrange to get you involved in matches and competitions and also help to get you a handicap if you do not have one already - just call either of our Pro Shops 01243 528999/533833. You don't have to be able to get a specfic score to gain a handicap as we operate a Club handicap system which goes up to 54. All you need to do to get this is complete one scorecard so it is really easy.
Competency Assessments:
All new juniors joining the club as members are required to show they have basic knowledge and etiquette to play our two 18-hole courses - please ask for details.
Membership
