Located in the peaceful village of Hunston, deep in the heart of the Sussex countryside, Chichester Golf Club provides an ideal setting for your special event.

The Cathedral Clubhouse, a converted Sussex flint farmhouse rich in history and built during the Napoleonic wars, offers charming and comfortable surroundings with full facilities to cater for wedding receptions, anniversary celebrations, birthday and office parties and Christmas events.

Rooms
We offer a choice of function rooms at Chichester Golf Club for your wedding or party.  Our Cathedral Suite is situated on the first floor of the Clubhouse and has fantastic triple aspect views over the golf course and the countryside beyond.  The Cathedral Suite can hold up to 60 people for a seated event and up to 98 people standing.  This room has a private bar for exclusive use by your party.  For larger parties we will provide a marquee on our large patio area, again with views of the course, and private use of the Spike Bar which will be connected to the marquee.

Our chefs offer a range of menu options which cater for all tastes but we can also provide bespoke catering to help you devise the menu of your choice.

Room Hire of the Cathedral Suite is £500
• Includes the use of the Cathedral Suite Function Room for the Day until midnight
• Use of all Tables and Chairs, Table Linen and Paper Napkins in the colour of your choice

Hire of the Spike Bar, Patio Area and Marquee starts at £1,500
• Includes the use of the Spike Bar and Large Patio Area for the Day until midnight
• Hire of Marquee including double pleated lining,, brass chandeliers, 9m of French window
walls with views of the golf course
• Swags in the colour of your choice
• Carpet or Cocoa matting system flooring
• Dance floor
• Private Bar

Please note that the hire of the marquee is subject to an individual quotation based on your personal requirements and party size - the
amount shown above is a guide price only. Depending on the group size it may be necessary to hire additional tables and seating.

Parties And Other Functions

Chichester Golf Club is an ideal location for many diverse events and whether you are arranging a surprise birthday party or a Christmas office do, our staff are here to make sure your party goes off without a hitch and that a good time is had by all.

You will always find our staff cheerful and helpful and we guarantee that whatever the celebration or event, you and your friends, family or colleagues will thoroughly enjoy themselves.

We can provide catering solutions from a simple finger buffet to a gourmet four course dinner. Whatever you choose we can always tailor it to your needs.

We can also arrange your evening entertainment and suggest the right band or DJ to make your party go with a swing. We will arrange an extended licence to take your party or wedding until midnight.
