Beginners

Suitable for Juniors (7 years of age +) who have not had lessons at the Golf Academy

Course Itinerary

   Tuesday: Swing - achieve the correct grip & posture for hitting the ball

   Wednesday: Short Game - learn the essential basics of pitching & chipping around the green

  Thursday: Putting - develop a feel for distance & learn how to putt the ball into the hole

   Friday: On Course - Put it into practise with a round on the short course, in a mini competition

Improvers

Suitable for Juniors (7 years of age +) who have had lessons at the Golf Academy but do not have a handicap

 Tuesday: Swing - compare your swing with a professional

tour golfer’s in our V1 video studio

Wednesday: Short Game - develop new shots around the green

Thursday: Putting - practise skills to develop a straight stroke

  Friday: On Course - put the new strokes into action on the short course, while learning some of the different games & ways of scoring

4 DAY MEMBER SCHOOLS

ADVANCED

Suitable for Juniors (7 years of age +) who have an official club handicap and are a current Chichester Golf Club member

Junior Open Sessions

Every Saturday from 13:00 to 14:00

The Academy hold open instruction sessions to encourage and introduce golf to new young players, sessions are limited to eight places on a first come first served basis. The sessions go through the fundimentals of the game, putting, chipping and the swing.

£5 per Session

Junior Closed Sessions

Saturdays & Thursdays

Throughout Saturdays & Thursdays we have five closed sessions where young players sign up for a six week course allowing the instructor to go through all aspects of golf and then develop those skills onto the Academy Short Course in a competition on the 6th week, in which they will gain a par 3 handicap.
